No. We build the preview and send it before we ask for anything. You see the real, working site first — then decide if you want to take it further.

Three tiers: Standard at $1,500 (the preview refined and shipped), Expanded at $3,000 (custom features, more pages, Portland photography), and Buyout at $5,000 (everything owned outright — full SEO, Google Business audit, 3 months of updates included). All builds are half up front, half on delivery. Ongoing retainer is $3,500 upfront plus $750/month.

Good — that's what it's for. Almost everyone changes something on the first pass. The preview makes the feedback specific instead of abstract.

$20/month if you want us to manage it. $0 if you take the code and host it yourself. Either way, the code is yours — we don't hold it hostage.

We work remotely for any business, anywhere. The custom photography add-on is Portland metro only, but everything else is fully remote.

Five to seven days from yes to live. Before that, we typically build the preview in one to two days. You might have a finished site in under two weeks from first contact.

One round of revisions is included in every build. Additional rounds are $150 each. For ongoing monthly changes, the retainer plan covers unlimited small edits for $750/month — 2 month minimum, then month-to-month.
